Our policy on returns or exchanges?

Every return and/or exchange has to start here.
Returns are accepted thirty days from delivery.
Every item has to be returned unharmed, unwashed, and undressed.
Refunds are granted in the original method of payment used to make the order; exchanges are only offered upon a request for a different size for the same item; all returns and exchanges are handled one week following the arrival of the delivery to our warehouse.

A reply takes processing time. How long?

Every return and swap is handled one week after the product arrives at our warehouse. Should you be refunded, once the refund is handled, it typically shows up in your account five to ten business days. Please get in touch with your bank provider if you are having delays getting the money returned into your account. What should I do if my goods are faulty or damaged?

Kindly contact our Fan Support through admin@thecorteizstore.com. Don’t forget to add your confirmation number and a picture of the received good.

Our cancel and refund policy:

You have 24 hours from the time you place an order to cancel them. On this cancelation, we will charge a 4.99.00 USD restocking fee.

We reserve the right to process your request; we do not promise cancellation of orders during any period. To cancel your order, email admin@thecorteizstore.com.

Within twenty-four hours from the time you place an order, you can modify it.

Only in the following situation can you claim a refund:

  • You get hardly at all your order.
  • You placed the order not twenty-four hours ago!


Should your order not be the one you intended, we adhere to a 30-day return policy. Should your goods have flaws, kindly email us so we may replace it.
